For years now, I have been a big fan of psybient music. My first encounter with it was through the album Portal Of Perceptions, which featured many artists from the psybient label Ultimae. Amongst them were Aes Dana, Carbon Based Lifeforms and Solar Fields, who later became my favorite artists in the genre.

Solar Fields – Movements

The first album to really blast me off my feet was Movements by Solar Fields. His music resonates very strongly with me. Listening to Solar Fields (and psybient in general) is like getting brain massage. It calms me, stimulates my creativity and clears my mind.
